This information may be shared and stored with Minelab Electronics Pty Limited with registered address at Technology Park, 2 Second Avenue, Mawson Lakes, South Australia 5095, Australia and its controlled subsidiaries.
BRS is and at all times guided by the below underlying principles:

How can you access your personal information?
You have a right to request access to your personal information and to request its correction if it is out of date or incorrect.
You may request access or correction at any time by sending a written request to our Privacy Officer / Grievance Officer. In the event of any change in the data protection in the People’s Republic of China you hereby expressly consent to our continued use, storage, collection and disclosure of your Information including Personal Information as permitted under such applicable law. We may contact you for obtaining additional consents and approvals as required under the amended law and your compliance with such requests will be required. Opting not to furnish us with such additional consents and approvals may discontinue your access to our services.
You do not need to provide a reason for your request for access to your personal information. We will not charge you to correct your personal information that we hold in our records.
We will respond to all requests for access to or correction of personal information within a reasonable time.
Please note there may be circumstances in which we are not able to provide you with access to your information, such as where the requested access will have an unreasonable impact upon the privacy of others or where we are required by law to withhold the information. If we are unable to provide you with access to your information, or make the amendments which you have requested, we will provide you with reasons for this decision.
Transfer of information outside the People’s Republic of China: Your data may be transferred to countries or regions outside the People’s Republic of China which offer adequate protection according to applicable Chinese laws and regulations and you understand and provide your consent to such transfer.
How long do we retain your personal information? We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and products that you have requested, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforcing our rights and policies. However, such retention shall only be done until the storage is essential to provide you with the products/services and your consent is operative.
